SW-Motech Christmas Extended Returns Policy

For all items delivered in the month of December 2025 we have an extended 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please Note: Only one free return parcel per website order basket. 

 
Please note: This service is only possible for returns coming from the United Kingdom, not for any other country. If you purchase from within the UK you will be provided a Returns Postage Label, which will provide a free returns label. Only one free return parcel is provided per website order backet, so please include everything you wish to return in this single free return. You will need to pay for any additional return parcels if you decide to return multiple items packaged as different parcels.

SW-Motech warranty returns - wherever the product was purchased in the UK.

All SW-Motech products are covered by a 2 Year warranty from the date of purchase.

If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact us at hello@sw-motech.com before sending anything back. To begin a warranty claim, you will need to provide:

- Proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs that show the problem

Once received, our Customer Service Team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Important:
We are unable to reimburse return postage costs if your warranty claim is declined.

For all Warranty Returns, if your product falls under the above guidelines please go to the Motohaus Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) portal, at http://motohaus.returnsportal.net/

Create an account and follow the instructions to receive an RMA number (Returns number), which is necessary so that we know which technician to send your item to once your product arrives with us! 

Once this has been processed, return the item to SW-Motech c/o Motohaus Powersports Ltd within 7 days from receipt. For your protection, Motohaus Powersports Ltd strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days (providing the item is in the condition as dispatched to you).

General Refund and Return Policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note it can take between 5 and 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement. The amount may reflect as a credit into your account, or the original transaction on your statement will be edited to reflect the refund. Besides looking for a credit in your statement, please also review the original transaction on your statement when determining the successful conclusion of any refund. We unfortunately do not have any control over this necessary '5 to 10 business day' transaction period. This is the required time it takes for the different banks to process the refund request.
