Protection set - More protection for machine and rider

Our protection sets contain components which can protect your motorcycle's parts from damage. The brake pump, brake fluid reservoir, potentiometer or water pump are better protected against accidents, falls and stone chips with the machined aluminium plate. Damage caused by clothing and footwear as well as injury caused by hot exhaust pipes and the drive chain can be prevented with our protection components. For selected bikes, such as the R1250GS, RnineT, KTM 1290 models, V-Strom models, Tiger 900 models, Africa Twin, Ténéré 700 and many other motorcycles, we have put together bike-specific protective parts.

What is included in delivery varies by model. The components of the protection set are of course also available separately. Here you may find a selection:

Brake reservoir guard: the compact brake reservoir guard protects the original brake reservoir from stone chips and simultaneously prevents undesired removal of the cover.

Brake pump guard: the canted, laser- cut aluminium guard protects the foot brake cylinder - even against unwanted boot contact.

Header pipe guard: the motorcycle header pipe guard is intended as an addition to the engine guard and protects the header pipe tubes from stone chips. At the same time, the sturdy stainless steel cover serves as a heat guard.

Chain guard: the SW-MOTECH chain guard is a high- quality alternative to the original plastic chain guard and protects the sprocket from damage.

Clutch slave cylinder guard: whether off- road or on the road: the guard effectively protects the clutch slave cylinder from stone chips as well as from damage in the event of rupture or the coming- off of the chain.

Heel guard: well protected: this heel guard prevents contact with the hot exhaust or chain and protects against movements of the swing arm.

Alternator cover guard: the laser- cut, powder- coated steel frame with highly resilient, CNC- machined polyamide pad protects the alternator cover of the motorcycle in the event of stone chips and falls.

Water pump protection: this water pump guard from SW- MOTECH lends the water pump additional protection in the event of undesired contact with the ground.

Engine case protector: protector set made of high- strength, machined aluminium alloy for right and left engine case cover. The elegant construction protects exposed case parts from ground contact and in a fall, effectively protects from greater damage.
